Unable to Print Word Docs in FileTrac

In order to print a word document from FileTrac open word and be sure the the Print button is added to the quick launch bar.  Once this is done this button can be used to print word docs from FileTrac.  To add the print button to the quick launch bar.  Open word click on the Office Button in the top left corner and select print.  Right click on Print and select add to quick launch bar.
