If you need to change your password for Citrix and it has not prompted you yet, follow these steps:
Before launching your desktop
- Once you log into the Citrix site
- Click the gear icon in on the right side of the green bar at the top
- Click the gear icon in on the right side of the green bar at the top
- Click “Account Settings”
- Click “Change Password”
- Enter old password
- Enter new password
- Confirm new password
- Click OK
- Click on the Desktop or Apps tab at the top to see you link to launch Citrix
Once you are in your desktop
********Do Not Use Ctrl+Alt+Del Keys in Citrix. It Will Not Work***********
- Once you have logged into Citrix, Press Ctrl+F1 keys to bring up the menu
- Enter old password
- Enter new password
- Confirm new password
- Press enter or click the right arrow beside the confirm password box
