To reset your Mitel account password, please follow these instructions:
- Navigate to https://portal.shoretelsky.com
- Enter your full Johns Eastern email address as the username.
- Click next.
- Click the “Forgot Password” link.
- Click next on the forgot password page.
- Follow the instructions in the email you receive from Mitel.
